About the department

Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The Position

• As an Associate Winshuttle Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Winshuttle scripts and workflows to automate data processes and improve data quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP systems and data management principles along with below mentioned responsibilities:
• Work closely with business users and IT teams to identify data challenges and develop Winshuttle solutions that meet their needs.
• Analyse and troubleshoot Winshuttle scripts and workflows to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Develop and maintain Winshuttle templates for various data processes and train end-users on the use of Winshuttle tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Winshuttle scripts and workflows with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Winshuttle tools and technologies, and share best practices with other team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing Winshuttle scripts and workflows.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and data management principles.
• Experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other data management tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience in Informatica MDM is preferred.
