Job Overview: As an Individual Contributor Institutional Sales Manager at SmarterHomes Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our intelligent solutions among developers, builders, and related institutions. With the extensive experience in sales within the construction and building materials industry, you will be instrumental in making our vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish and grow our market presence in the designated regions.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, builders, architects, and relevant institutions.
- Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SmarterHomes Technologies' product and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in presentation skills, adept at both crafting and delivering compelling presentations to clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
- Lead generation: Focus to acquire new customers, develop references, generate leads and own the sales pipeline and on-board new apartments/ flats will be a major KRA.Â
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and successfully close deals with clients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post graduation from a good university will be preferredÂ
- Proven track record with 6 - 12 years of relevant experience in sales within the facility management/ construction/ building materials/tiles, ceramic, or similar industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified regions.
