Job description
This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a clear understanding of the Platform, ICP, Value proposition, and Product positioning.
- Research and understand the Inbound prospect profile and associated organization.
- Research and create own outbound lead base for Outbound campaigns.
- Work on the allocated MQLs/ generate own lead funnel through outbound efforts, understand their pulse and nurture them as an SME/ Consultant till they are demo ready.
- Take up the Qualification/ Discovery calls with MQLs/ outbound leads to assess the Critical expectations and Seriousness of their sales evaluation.
- Pass on the Discovery details to Sales/ Presales, along with a demo request.
- Consistently meet monthly targets for – MQL to SAL/ SQL conversion and Outbound lead generation.
- Experiment, measure, learn, and refine the Lead Nurturing and Qualification Process.
- Maintain contacts/leads, activities in CRM.
- Nurture leads through timed mailers and social media engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience range: 3 to 5 years
- Education – MBA graduate, Business Graduate
- Past experience on SaaS Platforms or BI Platforms
- Understanding of Technology/ SaaS Platform and SaaS sales
- MQL-SAL understanding and judgement.
- Hands on experience on CRM tools
