Job description
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Managing and fixing wear and tear of all office equipment like Air conditioners, kitchen appliances, laptops, furniture, lighting, etc.
- Assist office helpers in maintaining office cleanliness.
- Regularly Visit offices hubs around Delhi-NCR make sure that the office admin operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate with all service providers/Vendors for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assists in the preparation of department budget and expenses.
- Adhoc admin work/projects which come up in daily office operations.
- Assist in monthly expense reports, Maintaining physical bills and sending them to accounts every month.
- Dealing with and addressing Employee issues related to Facilities and office admin.
