Dept: Point of Sale at an Insurance Broker
Profile: Business expansion & Handling POS Vertical (kind of subagent)
Experience of at least 7 years in General insurance Industry
1. Responsible for handling/ servicing existing agents/POS and recruitment of new POS
2. Responsible for growth in POS business
3. Training motivating and visits to POS
4. Designing new schemes/ campaign for POS to achieve targets.
5. Renewal Retention Mail/ call/ meet POS for new business and renewals
6. Joint client visits with POS for business calls and closures.
7. Coordinating with insurance company for negotiating/acceptance/pending policies/
endorsement/ refund/ quotes etc (hence through knowledge in GMC Fire WC
Marine etc)
8. Resolving POS queries on product/ process/ claims
9. Coordinating with POS for business/ quotes of all types of policies
10. IT enablers/Online push/support
11. Presentations at Corporate Customers for Retail sale/products captive & POS
12. Thorough knowledge of all the products of insurance
13. Minimum 7 to 8 yrs of experience in general insurance industry
14. Good communication and writing skills.
