Position Description:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easytouse products for our clients.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
To be successful in this role you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.
Responsibilities:
Creating usercentered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
Creating user flows wireframes prototypes and mockups
Translating requirements into style guides design systems design patterns and attractive user interfaces
Designing UI elements such as input controls navigational components and informational components
Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images sketches and tables)
Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Collaborating effectively with product engineering and management teams
Incorporating customer feedback usage metrics and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industrys most recent trends and innovations.
Create storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans.
Qualifications Required Skills and Selection Criteria:
Bachelors degree in computer science and a minimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience.
Working knowledge of UX design principles
User interface design
Ability to provide intuitive redesign of exiting screens that provides great user experience with minimal clicks
Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
UX design tools such as Figma Axure or InVision
Experience with user testing and usability analysis.
Skills Required:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer science/engineering related field.
Hands on experience in UI frameworks like React
Strong leadership communication interpersonal organizing and problemsolving skills
Good presentation skills with ability to communicate proposals to diverse audiences (user groups stakeholders and senior management).
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
Exposure to multiple diverse technologies platforms and processing environments.
Experience Required:
