PKF OLH - Audit Senior
Audit Senior - PKF O'Connor, Leddy amp; Holmes Talent Formula ( is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a Senior Audit positions available in our PKF O'Connor, Leddy amp; Holmes team. This team already has 5 members in it who are located across India, so you have the opportunity to learn from your peers as well as direct interaction with the Irish offshore clients.
They require Senior Analysts to join their Audit team as part of their offshore growth strategy. Analysts will be expected to train with a 'hands on' approach to work and learning PKF O'Connor, Leddy amp; Holmes's processes and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst will be to ensure client tasks and deliverables are met daily in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Ideally The Recruit Will Fit The Following Requirements - A Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably with at least three years' experience working in audit.
- Caseware Financial Statement Preparation experience and working knowledge desireable
- Caseware Audit experience and working knowledge desireable
- A passion to provide the very best client experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical skills.
- Knowledge of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An effective and motivated team player.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who can critically analyse and assess information.
Key Responsibilities Include The role will entail ensuring tasks and deliverables are met daily in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. These tasks include but are not limited to:
- Delivering the highest quality auditing services to our clients.
- Collaborating as part of a team to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk.
- Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with your audit team and clients, ensuring they are informed and always satisfied, not just during the audit process but throughout the year.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements in full compliance with Irish GAAP.
- Responsibility for managing the successful completion of audit engagements.
- Acting as an approved mentor to junior audit team members.
