Hiring General Manager (Project) or Project Director for India Autism Center
Work Profile:
- Manage overall project construction, timelines, quality, local liaising, costing, and workforce management.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive actionable insights and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and improve construction performance.
- Oversee development and implementation of technology solutions for operational streamlining and productivity enhancement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends for competitive advantage.
- Establish and maintain operational standards and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs for progress tracking and continuous improvement.
- High focus on delivery quality.

Educational Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (BE Civil) or related field; M. Tech preferred.
- Strong execution experience with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of construction technology, civil engineering principles, construction processes, costing & budgeting.
- Job Location: Kolkata, specifically the Sirakhol residential campus spread over 52 acres with a construction cost of 600 crores.
- Annual CTC: 30 -35 Lakhs / PA
