Job Title: College Consultant

Location: Mumbai (in-office)

Salary Range: INR 320,000 - INR 480,000 Per Annum (Salary band based on skills)

Must Have Requirements: Freshers/ 1-2 Years of Work Experience, with a college degree from an International university.

In this rewarding role, you will play a pivotal role in helping students navigate the intricacies of university admissions, ensuring they are well-positioned to achieve their academic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through the entire college application process, including timeline management, essay brainstorming, scholarship applications, and interview preparation.
• Conduct in-depth research on universities and programs matching student profiles and aspirations.
• Assist students in completing applications comprehensively and accurately, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements.
• Develop personalized strategies for showcasing each student's unique strengths and accomplishments.
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance on essays, personal statements, and other application materials.
• Maintain clear communication with students and their families throughout the process, addressing questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold Tads' high standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, Psychology, BMS, BBA, BMM, BA Economics, History, Sociology, Media, Engineering, or related discipline from an International University.
• Proven experience in guiding students through college applications, career counselling, or academic advising.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of different university admission processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with students and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
• Strong passion for education and guiding young individuals towards their goals.
• Demonstrated extracurricular achievement during your academic career (highly valued).
• Fluency in English and additional languages preferred.
