Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Technical Content Writer. The Sr. Technical Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality technical content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, and documentation, that is informative and engaging for a technical audience. The candidate will interact with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to develop technical content that accurately represents our products and services. The Sr. Technical Content Writer will also oversee the content classification and budget allocation across channels to clearly communicate the company’s vision and strategy.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in technical content writing or technical documentation Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and software development Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive technical content from product documentation, online sources, and interviews with technical experts. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer success Experience with content management systems, analytical tools, and search engine optimization (SEO) Portfolio of published technical content is a plus Experience in the software industry with a focus on cloud services and AI is a plusJob tags
