Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and facilitating communication.
Work Responsibilities
- Monitoring event progress and handling any issues that arise in the work hours, considering the situations and resolving updating the event status to all participants of the managements or concerned office person.
- Knowing the all level of Govt. Department officers and representing our Organization in gentle manner which will make growth of company
- Advanced excel, word, PPT and preparation of weekly and daily based expenses tracker, plans and expenditure with honesty.
- Should be aware of handling multiple reports with updated formulas in excel for the accurate preparation of Tender work, Events and Projects.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience providing executive support is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred
- BA, B.com, B.Sc. BBM, MA, M.com, MBA, MSW any Graduate.
- Focus on filling the coordination gaps to ensure timely deliverables & analyse risks and opportunities,
- Smart working & Typing Kannada, English Computer Knowledge & Social media handling
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Preparation of Company reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access,
- Having must knowledge of Tender, E- Procurement, follow-up the Govt. officers, Vendors and Employee Management skills,
- Confidential (Containing information whose unauthorized disclosure)- Works / Project / Money / Documents should be included,
Terms & Conditions
- First 10 days will be considered as Training period, only for the selected candidates will get paid.
- Notice period will be 15days from the day of submitting resignation via mail or letter to considered management.
- There will be no holidays during the events / Projects (if there is festival or Sunday) these days will be consider as Comp off.
- Original Marks card should be submitted to the office while joining the Company.
