Designation: Project Lead- Digital Payment - Bank
Experience: 10 years of work experience with at least 6 years in Payments product
Industry: BFSI Preferred

Job Role:
Working with multiple variable stakeholders such as IT, BSG, and outside partners and vendors is the main task assigned to the team. Every technology project must be led by the IT and BSG teams on the inside, as well as by the primary payment processor and fintech partners and service providers on the outside.
The applicant needs to be well-versed in the Payments industry. Executing the Bank's Payments strategy in a fiercely competitive market will be his or her responsibility.
The applicant must assess the holes in the product, conceptualize a solution, and carry it out. The implemented solution must also be monitored for uptake, difficulties encountered, and future improvements that should be made to boost product usage.
