Job description
Position Overview- As a B2B Content Marketing Manager at Pratra, you will play a pivotal role in conveying our brands message to the relevant audience.
You are expected to be a pro-active multitasker with a creative, strategic and analytical bent of mind, who will be responsible for generating compelling content to promote our products and services that engage with our target audience, and contribute to lead generation through various marketing materials, such as blogs, webinar content, white papers, eBooks, and more. The content ideated and written by you will be the bridge that connects our innovative solutions with the needs of our clients, driving engagement, interest, and ultimately, business growth.
Requirements
- Research and Idea Generation: Research industry-related topics and recommend fresh and innovative ideas by combining online sources, articles, and relevant studies.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager in maintaining a calendar and support with content ideation thereby ensuring a consistent and captivating online presence.
- Content Creation: Build and maintain a content calendar with a distribution plan divided into a monthly-quarterly-annual format. Produce captivating and marketable content to promote our products and services, adhering to content development ethics, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Website Content: Prepare well-structured content drafts for webpages and blogs using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Long-Form Content: Research, develop, and create in-depth materials like white papers, eBooks, and other long-form content to showcase our product offerings.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO Manager to conduct keyword research and adhere to SEO guidelines to enhance web traffic, ensuring that our content is readily discoverable via search engine by our target audience.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional team to brainstorm ideas for developing high-quality and relevant collaterals and other promotional materials that resonate with our diverse sets of target audience.
- Audience-Centric Approach: Identify target audience pain points, needs, and industry gaps through comprehensive research, tailoring your content to resonate with our audiences preferences and challenges.
- Editing and Proofreading: Carefully proofread and edit content before submitting for approvals to ensure accuracy and maintain our high-quality content standards.
- Input and Approval: Submit work to the management for feedback and approval, allowing for continuous improvement and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate ideas and requirements within the team and across departments.
- Content Repurposing: Skilfully repurpose existing content into different formats, such as transforming a blog post into a video, infographic, or other multimedia formats.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze the success of content marketing efforts.
