Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the Retail and E-commerce domain in IT service company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives. The Technical Program Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, improving processes, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products and services within the Retail and E-commerce space. Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of technical programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. · Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for complex technical projects in the Retail and E-commerce domain. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project delivery. · Provide technical leadership, ensuring solutions meet industry standards and compliance requirements. · Manage project resources, including human resources, budget, and technology assets. · Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure project goals are achieved. · Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements, technical challenges, and dependencies. · Evaluate and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. · Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. · Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams. · Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align program objectives with business goals. · Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. · Work closely with team leads to ensure that team members are adequately utilized and have the necessary support to meet project deadlines. · Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. · Implement and manage effective testing processes to ensure the reliability and functionality of products. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for program management. · Conduct post-project reviews to analyze successes and areas for improvement. Qualifications: · 8+ years of proven experience as a IT Project Manager in the Retail and E-commerce industry. · Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. · In-depth knowledge of Retail and E-commerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Technical background with a solid understanding of SDLC. · Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. · Experience with project management tools and software · PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
