Proven expertise in Strategic management, projects estimation, detailed engineering, equipment
sizing and selection, procurement, manpower planning and execution. Installation and commissioning of projects , ensuring timely execution and taking corrective measures to enhance the performance Excellent techno-commercial skills, with thorough knowledge of Vendor management, Material procurement, Import procedures. Liaising with Contractors and subcontractors on a regular basis maintaining business relations and contribution in generation of business On-site management considering technical details and construction methodologies, leading engineering teams, ensuring timely availability of materials, liaising with local authorities for project clearances and approvals mobilization of economic resources, and monitoring of daily construction schedules Adept at handling engineering functions like Supervision, Estimation & Budgeting, Contractual and
Financial matters Successfully integrating and coordinating of Mechanical / Electrical/ Plumbing work in the construction directing multidisciplinary teams on the project Organization and coordination of all phases of subcontract work and enduring construction in accordance with contract documents including drawings and safety specifications and Quality measures Supervision of construction activities within stringent time and cost constraints and effective resource management with participation in project review meetings and evaluation of project progress Handling Execution of precast buildings, Procurement, Contracts, Contract Negotiations, Quality
