Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the organization's goals and

objectives.

 Identify training needs and priorities through collaboration with department managers and key stakeholders.

 Design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training programs using a variety of methodologies,

including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.

 Create and curate training content, materials, and resources to support various learning objectives and

audience needs.

 Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing training

equipment and materials.

 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance

metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

 Provide guidance and support to subject matter experts and internal trainers to ensure the successful

delivery of training content.

 Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development,

and incorporate them into training strategies as appropriate.

 Collaborate with HR colleagues to integrate training initiatives with other talent development programs, such

as onboarding, performance management, and career development.

 Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion rates to ensure compliance with

regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or

a related field. Master's degree preferred.

 Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with proven experience in instructional

design, facilitation, and program management.

 Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery

techniques.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate

diverse audiences.

 Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training

technologies.

 Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and

deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

 Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs and

challenges.

 Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and work

effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Certified

Training Professional) is a plus.

 Flexibility to travel occasionally and work non-traditional hours, if required.
