Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the organization's goals and
objectives.
Identify training needs and priorities through collaboration with department managers and key stakeholders.
Design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training programs using a variety of methodologies,
including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
Create and curate training content, materials, and resources to support various learning objectives and
audience needs.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing training
equipment and materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance
metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to subject matter experts and internal trainers to ensure the successful
delivery of training content.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development,
and incorporate them into training strategies as appropriate.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to integrate training initiatives with other talent development programs, such
as onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion rates to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or
a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with proven experience in instructional
design, facilitation, and program management.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery
techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate
diverse audiences.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training
technologies.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and
deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs and
challenges.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and work
effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Certified
Training Professional) is a plus.
Flexibility to travel occasionally and work non-traditional hours, if required.
