We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in sales who can lead our sales teams and identify new business opportunities. As an Assistant Sales Manager in the genset (generator set) industry, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from strategizing to customer interaction.

Requirements : The role requires a high level of dedication and energy with responsibilities including:

• Planning and Implementing Strategies
• Coordinating with Sales Team and Team Handling .
• Developing and Sustaining Solid Relationships:
• Experience in Sales and Customer Services
• Tracking Sales Data to meet Sales 
• Abhility to Travel as needed
• Leadership and Communication Skills
• Proficiency in English, ability to travel, and a proven track record in sales are required.

Experience :3-4 Years of Experience

Qualification : B.Tech / MBA in Marketing is mandatory.

CTC : Negotiable + Incentives + T.A
