Position: Figma UI/UX Designer
Location: Raipur, India

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to translate business requirements into visually appealing design solutions.
- Conceptualize wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and integrate feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies to maintain design excellence.
Requirements:
- Possess 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your design prowess and process.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while working autonomously.
- Available for immediate commencement in Raipur.
