Currently hiring for aspiring fresher web developers to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field, you will work closely with experienced web developers and contribute to various projects, picking up practical skills and knowledge that will be beneficial to your career.
Key Responsibilities Of A Web Developer - Website Development Actively participate in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications. Write clean and efficient code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, libraries and frameworks like React, Django or Vanilla.js under Frontend and Backend Technologies. Work under the guidance of senior developers to implement various features and functionality, contributing to the overall user experience and usability of web projects.
- Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Encounter real-world challenges and bugs during the development process. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement effective solutions. Debug and fix problems, crucial for your growth as a web developer.
- Responsive Design: Apply and execute responsive design principles to create websites that function well across various devices and screen sizes. Ensure visually appealing and accessible websites on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication and teamwork are essential. Collaborate with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide status updates, and contribute to discussions that shape the direction of web projects. Gain valuable soft skills that complement your technical abilities.
- Testing and Optimization: Test the functionality of websites and applications. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code for better speed and user experience.
Requirements - Must have a Computer/Laptop with decent internet speed.
- Command over English speaking and understanding (especially US Accent)
- Any Fresher Graduate or Fresher in the Field of Web Development
- Would be available to work in part-time and flexible shifts
