Opening for one of the reputed Retail branded company for the position of Store Manager
STore Manager / Assistant STore manager - Chennai Reports to City Manager Total Experience 4 Years& Above CTC - 9.5L Qualification Any Graduates / PG/ BE Shoes, apparel, sportswear Business Segment Business to Customer (B2C) Walk-in Customer's Purpose Enhance the customer experience in the store by selling the products and meet individual targets Key Responsibilities l Complete Store Operations , Performance Management , team work in the store, Inventory planning , store upkeep& so on. l Maintain all relevant reports to keep a track of the progress level. l Ensure Planning& availability of the stocks. l Adherence to SOP's l Being able to deliver the right mix of the product& service. l Visual Merchandising l Collect accurate& timely market intelligence& trends to enhance business. l Handling team reviews& team briefings. l Ensuring the deliveries& adherence to store audits via the team. l Handling escalations on priority. l Create healthy environment. l Lead the team by example, with an eye to detail with regards to the business. l Possess excellent communication and customer handling skill. l Should have worked in Premium Brand / Upmarket Segment Store / High End Retail / Cluster Manager in LF Retail chains. l Should have handled a team of minimum (10 members) for at least 2-3 years l Computer savvy, especially handling reports and generating them in Excel. l Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills. l Conflict Resolution. l Conceptual knowledge. l Able to multitask. l Creative and has strategic thinking in place Desired Profile l Adaptability l Contributes To Team Success l Preferably Looking For Immediate Joiners Or Having Max 10 Days Notice l Days Working Shift [1 Full Day And 2 Half Day] l Should have excellent communication skills l Flair for selling l Passion for Technology l Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability& persuasiveness. l Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity& clarity in thoughts. l Willing to work on weekends.Job tags
