- Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and review financial statements on a regular basis
- Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual variances
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:Manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments to vendors
- Handle accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
- Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records
- Tax Compliance:Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local and national regulations
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations
- Assist with tax planning to optimize financial strategies
- Financial Reporting:Generate financial reports for management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
- Audit Support:Facilitate internal and external audits
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries
- Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Provide financial insights to aid strategic planning
- Cash Management:Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations
- Implement effective cash management strategies
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and finance regulations
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and management
