UG with Minimum 1 Year experience (Customer service in Tele Banking/TeleSales)


Skills and Abilities :

Basic telephonic etiquettes and customer skills
Candidate should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
Customer-focused and attentive
Job Responsibilities:

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information
Determines requirements by working with customers
Resolves problems by clarifying desired information
Cross-sell and up sell products/services

This is a customer-centric role with a focus on telephonic communication and customer service.
Candidates should possess the required language skills and be customer-focused.
