Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection and Management
· Create mechanism along with HR Digital team to collect and then clean, and maintain HR data from various sources, including HRIS, surveys, and other relevant systems.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine audits and validation processes.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
· Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and work on HR metrics.
· Develop and prepare regular and critical reports and dashboards for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
· Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and decision-making.
3. Data Visualization
· Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and presentations to effectively communicate data findings to HR and company leadership.
4. Predictive Analytics:
· Collaborate with HR teams to develop predictive models for workforce planning, employee engagement, and other HR-related forecasts.
5. HR Metrics Tracking:
· Track and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate data to support HR initiatives.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
· Assist in compliance reporting, ensuring that HR practices align with regulations and laws.
