Bootstrapped, founded and led by three childhood friends and ex-professional athletes – Aameen, Sidharth, and Rochan, Granimals have a team of experienced physiotherapists, trainers and coaches, that provide customised online programs tailored to each individual's needs.

Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Associate at Granimals, your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce them to Granimals' services. Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and provide them with tailored solutions that address their specific rehabilitation requirements. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Granimals' services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate these to clients. Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
