Position Overview: Elevate international skincare brands as our Retail Brand Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for Driving strategies, execute impactful campaigns, managing marketing calendar, collaborating with channel partners, activating offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker, capable of leveraging market trends to make data-driven decisions that foster brand growth. Key Responsibilities: • Craft and execute compelling marketing strategies for international skincare brands. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and guide decision-making processes. • Execute compelling offline marketing campaigns. • Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI. • Drive strategic brand growth through innovative initiatives. • Stay ahead by exploring and leveraging market trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Experience in retail brand marketing, with a focus on offline activation and channel partner management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Creative thinker with a pulse on skincare and beauty trends. • Creative strategist with a passion for market trends.
