Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time
Hipla is the smart office company owned by Inventry UK. Our HQ is in Pune. We’re a very small effervescent team. We’re looking for someone to join our team to increase the market share of the company. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events. Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize lead conversion. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation. Create compelling content for campaigns. Provide accurate and timely information to management and generate accurate KPI’s that help determine the success of a campaign. Skills Required Familiarity with BANT, HQL, and MQL campaigns Minimum 12 months of experience in lead generation Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to have conversations with CXOs to understand if they have a requirements, qualify the leads and secure appointments for detailed sales presentations.
