Role Description

This is a contract position for a Murex Application Developer in Hyderabad that offers flexibility for some remote work. The Murex Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Murex trading applications. Daily tasks include working on the full software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deploying Murex applications. Also, the Murex Application Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Murex applications
• Proficiency in Murex Datamart, MxML Exchange, and End-of-day processes
• Expertise in Murex Reporting (MReports & Datamart Reports) and MXML Exchange Integration
• Knowledge of Murex 3.1 Workflow and Murex Technical Architecture
• Strong programming skills in Unix/Linux, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps best practices and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional Murex Certification (such as Murex MX.3 Introduction or Murex MX.3 Techno-Functional)
