Job description

EThames is looking for a Front Office Executive who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the college. As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, the ideal candidate should possess prior experience in the hospitality industry to effectively manage various front desk responsibilities. Responsibilities: Greet Parents, visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages as necessary. Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about college programs, services, and events. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Proper maintenance of the different registers at the Front Desk. Taking care of the Biometric process of Students and Staff. Assist the Admission team at the time of the Admission period. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide hospitality services to visitors, including offering refreshments and assisting with accommodations if needed. Ensure visitors and guests feel welcomed and attended to during their time at the college. Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, registration, and general college information. Direct students to appropriate resources and personnel for additional support. Requirements: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
