Position Manager HR
Job Description: Manager HR at Universal Flexibles Pvt Ltd
We are hiring a Manager HR for Universal Flexibles Pvt Ltd based in Whitefield Bangalore or Dobaspet Karnataka. The Manager HR will play a key role in overseeing and managing the human resources function of our organization. Knowledge of Kannada is essential for effective communication with employees and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs in alignment with company objectives and applicable laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure competitive and fair practices.
Monitor and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with management and crossfunctional teams to support organizational goals.
Requirements:
MSW/ MBA in Human Resources
Proven experience in HR management preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
Sound knowledge of HR policies practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in Kannada and English languages for effective communication.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
