Job Description

• Source and recruit appropriate candidates as per requirement
• induction new joinees
• Maintenance of Careers page
• IT Asset Management
• ERP access rights Mumbai
• OD for Mumbai team
• Exit management of Mumbai team
• Event management and Employee engagement

Requirements

• Ctc 10 - 12lacs
• 10 - 12 yrs as HR
• Qualification MBA HR
• Candidates from Manufaturing Companies
• HR Manager in Recruitment and Admin - Talent Acquisition, Induction
• Non negotiables Knowledge of HRMS software
