Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's objectives and drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, and development. This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong HR expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive organizational change and transformation.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's objectives and drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, and development. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and orientation, to attract and retain top talent in the automotive industry. Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive performance excellence and career development. Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees. Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives, including culture change, organizational restructuring, and process improvement, to support business growth and innovation. Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects all employees.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong expertise in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compliance. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing HR teams, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and driving organizational change and transformation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, managers, and employees. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business needs and priorities and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly. Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering value to the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
