Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Kolkata. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, providing excellent customer service to patrons, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and implementing effective retail loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in store management
• Ability to manage inventory and product ordering
• Knowledge of effective retail loss prevention strategies
• Experience in luxury retail and knowledge of high-end products and customer service standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
