We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive, who can travel to Engineering & PG colleges across locations and deliver career guidance sessions to students and motivate them to join the training programs we offer. 

Qualification: MBA/B.Tech/Any Graduation

Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Hyderabad

Preferred: Male

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients - Education Institutes - Engineering and Degree Colleges
• Build relationships with them and seek appointment to deliver Career Guidance Sessions to Students.
• Maintain consistent contact with college POCs until we deliver career guidance sessions.
• Deliver Great Career Guidance Sessions to college students promoting & motivating students to join our courses
• Attending Job Fairs and Other Networking Events to promote our courses that helps students.
  
• Reviewing colleges feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Implementing effective business and sales strategies by working closely with sales and marketing teams, and reporting to senior management.
• Tracking the performance of sales and business decisions and meeting targets.
