Remuneration – 6 lakhs+ Performance Incentive (Negotiable for good candidates)
ZeroMileCars.com is a fast-growing e-commerce platform focusing on the New Cars established by Industry Experts. In order to grow faster, ZeroMileCars desires to recruit a dynamic, go-getter, and hungry growth Manager to take care of the overall Sales, Business Development, Agency Relationships, etc. Detailed Job Description: Prospecting Clients for Ad sales revenue, generating new business, and servicing the Clients on a routine basis Nurturing and Maintaining relationships to generate additional business from the existing clients. Coordinating with the delivery team and operations team on a daily basis for smooth delivery of the campaign. Internal assessment of the campaign and maintaining a summary report Monitoring and analyzing the campaign performance and delivery on a daily basis and take/suggest corrective action promptly. Raise the invoice on a monthly basis and do the follow-ups for the payments Regular follow-ups with new clients as well as with existing clients. Monitor and coordinate with the team members (call center team, CRM team) daily work Establish & and maintain business relationships with the Client’s key representatives Meeting clients & and agencies (Brand managers) on a regular basis to understand their activity calendar & and requirements. Co-coordinating with media buyers & and planners in agencies for upcoming campaigns. Qualifications At least 8 - 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing Proven track record of driving successful business growth, and building relationships with customers Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldJob tags
