We are identifying an Account Manager/Client Partner who will be responsible for leading sales activities for Technology Services. A key aspect of the role is to inspire customers on their product engineering and digital transformation journey and advise how Persistent could play an integral part in that journey. To own and cultivate business relationships with horizontals or verticals, to jointly serve a client in a sell-with/sell-to mode, and to achieve Revenue/Topline, margin, and customer satisfaction as per the scope of Sales Targets planned for the respective unit.

What You'll Do

-Sales Strategy: Co-create Joint Business Value Propositions for the business relationship and develop a set of shared objectives for the relationship. Developing the relationship structure and developing and implementing a robust set of partner metrics. Developing and implementing an alliance reward system and conducting relationship audits. Establishing operational B2B alignment, Developing and implementing risk-sharing strategies. Managing relationship changes, and establishing a relationship management center of excellence. -Customer Focus: Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction for the vertical or region. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the LoB leadership team. -Account Mapping: Collecting all the customer information needed to sell the products or services. Chalk out a plan and ensure execution on ‘Cross-Selling’ and ‘Up-Selling’. -Sales Excellence: Ensure the opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, and pricing/commercial decisions. Take appropriate decisions based on the weekly report's analysis of sales and delivery organizations to provide visibility on the pipeline, probable deals, etc. for planning and tracking business growth. Ensure and Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

Expertise You'll Bring

15+ years of experience in fulfilling business targets with a blend of Sales and Business development. Leading sales activities for technology services Cross-selling and up-selling into our existing accounts and net new customer acquisition Strong large-deal sales skills and drive supersized deal closures, particularly in outsourcing, rebadging, and transformation deals Expertise in selling product/digital engineering services in the Indian market Driving joint demand generation and jointly closing license and services revenue
