Job description
Will be responsible to lead a cohesive team for West Zone. Will be responsible for achievement of budgets set for the zone. Will be responsible to ensure penetration among allocated brokers and achieve widespread distribution for GHI, GPA and WC products. Will be responsible for the profitability of the zone.
Specialized skills, competencies, qualifications and experience The incumbent is expected to have 10+ years of experience in managing distribution of insurance products. At least 5 years in sourcing commercial business with significant experience in employee benefits. Zonal / State Heads in SAHI companies managing group business or Zonal / State Head in a GI company at handling commercial lines of business. Significant team handling experience.Job tags
