Visit us at Job Description Title: Corporate Quality & Risk – Solution Contingency Role (Job Profile): Corporate Quality & Risk Associate Manager Management Level: Associate Manager (CL8) The Work: The Solution Contingency (SC) Program is responsible for supporting and improving how engagement leaders determine, establish, and manage SC. This includes the establishment and management of guidelines, policies, business processes, metrics, tools, training, change management, and communications. The Solution Contingency Associate Manager supports/leads initiatives to improve the establishment and management of SC in collaboration with the Deployed-to-Entity (DTE) teams and supports existing and new processes, tools, communications, and training programs to enable the SC Program goals. Key responsibilities will include: • Support/Lead SC initiatives o Support the Solution Contingency leadership as they interface with program sponsors, leadership, governance team(s), and business teams. o Analyze SC data and trends. o Manage/support the addition and refinement of metrics and dashboard tiles. o Maintain integrated workplans and release plans in support of business case execution. o Provide user support on existing SC tools and reports. o Lead/manage new and existing SC tools release lifecycle including requirements, designs, and testing. o Manage mailbox requests including access reviews. o Maintain team management logs and portal assets. • Define and maintain SC processes, policies, and tools. o Manage/support the creation and maintenance of business requirements for SC processes, policies, and tools. o Manage/support the creation and maintenance of training to ensure cross-team awareness of SC processes, policies, and tools. o Support DTEs in the execution of end-to-end SC processes. o Assist in the implementation of continuous improvements. o Maintain process performance measurements and their use to identify process improvements. o Coordinate, facilitate, and document meetings/agendas to support ongoing processes. Here’s what you need: • College degree or higher. • A minimum of 5 years of experience • English language fluency (oral and written). • Strong attention to detail. • Strong requirements & testing background. • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities. • Proven experience in business process design, systems, and continuous improvement • Good understanding of Accenture business, organization, and challenges. • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), with significant expertise in Excel. • As we are currently undergoing a Q&R Transformation journey, we will require you to be agile and flexible to adjust priorities to enable us to bring our transformation objectives to life. You May Also Need: A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure. May be required to attend out of normal working hours conference calls.
