Role Objectives:
· Serve as the ambassador of our brand, possessing a deep understanding of our product range.
· Utilize business intelligence tools proficiently to analyze customer needs and segmentations in relation to our offerings.
· Lead the recruitment, training, motivation, and guidance of a sales team.
· Drive company objectives through strategic planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future performance.
· Continuously enhance personal leadership skills, as well as recruitment and training abilities, while ensuring the team employs effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Cultivate leads, establish, and nurture enduring client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to broaden the customer base and enhance global market presence.
· Cultivate enduring relationships with potential clients by comprehensively understanding their requirements.
· Monitor, analyze, and communicate crucial quantitative metrics and business trends.
· Recruit, set goals for, train, coach, and assess sales personnel to ensure the fulfillment of assigned duties and responsibilities.
· Identify knowledge deficiencies within the team and devise strategies to address them.
· Supervise the sales team to ensure adherence to company quotas and standards by conducting daily check-ins, setting daily objectives, and regularly monitoring progress.
· Efficiently manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Administration.
· Post-Graduation in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales & Marketing is advantageous.
Requirements:
· Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales and team management.
· Experience in implantable devices/medical consumables is a plus.
· Proficiency in utilizing digital BI tools such as SAP, SFDC, etc.
· Demonstrated track record of successfully driving the sales cycle from planning to closure.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Strong leadership capabilities.
· Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
