Job Title: C++ developer with AUTOSAR adaptive skills– Z2
Experience: 3-6 years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in software development preferably in AUTOSAR Adaptive system and excellent programming skills in C++ 14 onwards. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Software development / design in AUTOSAR Adaptive system
• Unit testing / component testing
• Provide design solutions for software level problems.
• Internal / external stakeholder management
• Recruitment and On-boarding of new joiners
• Working with tools for test automation
• Support in sprint planning
• Support in ASPICE process adherence
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in automotive software product development
• Good programming knowledge of C++ on Linux platform
• Ability to design automotive software from scratch.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• Hands on experience of internal/external stakeholder/supplier management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in Multinational and Multicultural teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good programming knowledge of C++ on Linux platform

Good to have:
• Knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture
• Knowledge on the QNX platform
• C++11,14 work experience.
• Good understanding of AUTOSAR Adaptive
• German language Prior experience of working with German stakeholders.
