Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) is the largest grassroots football training program in India, operating across multiple centers in the country and accredited by the All India Football Federation. Owned and operated by Enjogo, BBFS trains over 15000 kids with a team of over 400 coaches. In addition, it provides an integrated football program that combines academics, high quality football training and extensive match exposure for aspiring professional football players at its Residential Academies.

At BBFS, we instill leadership and teamwork qualities through specifically designed training programs for different age groups with coaches acting as mentors. The school boasts of producing several national and international-level players.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Center Head. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing all activities of the Ghaziabad center, including day-to-day operations, personnel management, logistics and finance. The role will be based in Ghaziabad but provide flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing a team and delivering results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with various stakeholders including parents and students
• Good financial acumen including budgeting and costing
• Knowledge of football coaching, training methodology and sports psychology
• Strong planning, coordination and execution skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the sports/football industry is a plus
