QUALIFICATIONS

B.E./ B.Tech.

You need to have minimum 4-6 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation

Skillset

Must have good experience in Witness Software

Good to have knowledge in software’s like Plant Simulation/ QUEST / Automod

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interaction with process owner
• Discuss the Process of creating logical flow charts.
• Create a working / Mathematical model with the required Logic(s).
• Simulate what-if scenarios
• Identify Bottleneck Station/Process, Reordering levels, Push-pull logics, MTTR-MTBF data analysis, Shift patterns, Buffer calculation, Hanger management etc.
• Discuss Potential solutions with the client
