Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, managing staff and schedules, and ensuring that every client experience is positive and restorative. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained space while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and train staff
- Experience in customer service
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
