We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our expanding team and take charge of our digital marketing projects. The perfect candidate is someone who possesses an MBA and graduate degree, coupled with a solid foundation in digital marketing and a proven track record in managing client relationships. The role involves nurturing and growing client relationships, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The account manager will need to demonstrate a blend of marketing savvy, analytical prowess, creativity, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as the go-to contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Understand client objectives and develop tailored digital marketing strategies including paid ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns to meet their goals.
- Oversee the rollout of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Generate regular reports that highlight key metrics and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns to clients.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve set objectives.
- Employ analytical thinking for data-driven decision-making and complex problem-solving.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to drive client success.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Efficiently utilize tools such as CRM, Canva, and various email platforms to enhance client communication and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering followed by an MBA or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in client relationship management within a digital marketing agency environment.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising on digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a drive for innovation in ideation and problem-solving.
- Proven success in leading teams to achieve results.
- Proficiency with tools including CRM software, email marketing platforms, and Canva.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
