Role: Senior Full Stack Developer/Team lead
Position: Full Time Job Location: BLR Experience: 8-10 Yrs Notice- 0-15 days Position Summary As a Senior Full Stack Developer , you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of robust and scalable web applications. Your primary focus will be on both frontend and backend development using the latest technologies.
What You'll Do - Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement efficient and reusable frontend and backend components.
- Develop and maintain a codebase using best practices, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our development processes.
What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including React.
- Solid expertise in backend development using Nest JS.
- Experience with MongoDB and other database systems.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to lead a development team, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
