Job description

Semperit is an internationally-oriented group that develops, produces and sells highly specialised rubber products. This position belongs to our Engineered Applications Division in the belting business under the SEMPERTRANS brand, which offers transport and conveyor belts with textile or metal carcasses. With production facilities in Poland and India, Sempertrans is one of the largest and most technologically advanced conveyor belt manufacturers in the world.

Job Title : Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager

Department : Customer Service

Experience :

6 – 8 years, strong background in customer support, knowledge of various commercial terms and conditions of purchase order, order management, order execution, payment follow-up, MIS with strong knowledge of MS -office package.

Qualification :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Overall Responsibility :

As a Customer Service leader will be responsible for order management, co-ordination with sales, production, planning, engineering for smooth order execution.

Desired profile :

  • Strong experience in MS office/ MS Excel etc. and ERP system.
  • Strong focus on details and accuracy, proactive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
