Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a dispatcher located in Chennai. The dispatcher will be responsible for monitoring routes and deliveries, coordinating with drivers and customers, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of dispatch communications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Freshers are also preferred
• 14,000 CTC to 17,000 CTC
• Location is Annanagar
