Job description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer and Sales Support Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding destinations, length of stay, transit times, services, and offerings. Additionally, they will facilitate payments and bookings, inform customers about cancellation policies and penalties, and ensure that clients adhere to deposit requirements before booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries regarding destinations, length of stay, transit times, services, and offerings.
- Assist customers with payments and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Educate customers about cancellation policies and penalties, providing clear and concise information.
- Ensure that clients pay the required deposit before commencing with bookings.
- Secure accommodations that best suit the budget and location preferences of clients.
- Plan excursions tailored to each client's needs and interests.
- Account for mobility and medical needs throughout the trip planning process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation
- Domain: Customer Support & Sales
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compensation: 3 Lakhs per annum INR

Work Details:
Work Days: 6 Days a week
Work Timings: 9 Hours per day
Shift options: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
