Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ICU Technician located in Sherghati. The ICU Technician will be responsible for assisting physicians and nursing staff in caring for critically ill patients in the ICU. The role involves monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment, providing daily patient care such as bathing and feeding, recording vital signs and patient progress, and handling of medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in an intensive care unit (ICU) or critical care unit (CCU) environment
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining specialized critical care equipment such as ventilators, blood gas analyzers, and IV pumps
• Ability to handle medical equipment and supplies with care and attention to detail
• Skill in administering and monitoring medications and intravenous therapy in critical care patients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and high-pressure healthcare environment
• Associate's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
