FYERS is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Trainer at our headquarters. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer success. The position requires adaptability and a willingness to contribute to various roles within the customer success organization. It's a demanding yet rewarding role filled with learning opportunities and fun as we strive to deliver the best services to our customers.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Conduct product training for new hires in Stock Market Lines of Business.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to customer success associates to enhance functional skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Set and achieve goals for the training team aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage training delivery plans for various needs.
  • Plan for future business requirements and communicate effectively across all stakeholder groups.
  • Model effective verbal and written communication, contributing to project/program documentation and business reviews.
  • Own and deliver performance metrics related to training and use root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize instructional training methods for presentations and application of content, including feedback sessions.
  • Design training curriculum based on inputs from Operations & Quality teams.
  • Design and manage the Knowledge Management portal.
  • Stay updated on product/process knowledge and bridge gaps in understanding.
  • Take part in calibrations and work closely with Quality teams on action plans.
  • Manage training throughput and performance, including creating, updating, and managing training content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ideation.
  • Conduct weekly refresher sessions and create Learning Index Audit Reports.
  • Drive on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and applicable regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to lead training programs for diverse teams such as Sales, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Engagement, Social Media, and Customer Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any stream.
  • Leadership experience in coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Experience in training, facilitation, and learning methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office & SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with virtual training labs is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the training domain.
  • Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Graduate with stock market/securities work experience is preferred.
  • Good facilitation skills.
  • Team player with proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred).
  • Experience in preparing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
  • NISM certification would be an added advantage.
