(BDM) is responsible for expanding our recruitment services in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and bio-technology sectors. This role involves

building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful placement of talent in these

specialized fields.

Responsibilities:

*Client relationship management
*Business development and market research
*Candidate sourcing and placement
*Sales, proposals, and contract negotiation
*Client retention and satisfaction
*Reporting and compliance
*Quality assurance

Kanpur: Inperson interview timing (9.00am to 5.00pm) Monday to Saturday
